Order Cancellations

Order Cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours before the items are due to ship. Please review shipping schedule to determine when your item will ship

Once you order has been packaged and dropped off with the transportation service no further changes can be made.

Orders in Florida will be shipped on Monday’s, Tuesdays and Wednesday’s.
All other states will only ship on Mondays. This is to give the plant the best opportunity to make it to its new home without delays in transit.
Baansuan Plants is a small family owned fully licensed nursery that services the all US continental states .

Once a plant has been handed to the shipping service it leaves the responsibility of Baansuan Plants and the customer assumes the responsibility for it.
Shipping is non-refundable
Baansuan Plants uses USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express for its shipping services. Other shipping options are available on request. Please make requests via contact@baansuanplants.com.
When ordering plants be mindful of the weather in your area. When requested plants will be shipped with a heat pack to combat the cold.
Baansuan Plants is not responsible for shipping errors where the wrong address is provided by the customer.

Baansuan cannot be held responsible for packages arriving damaged from the mail courier.
If your plant arrives damaged please document by way of photo’s the state of the box and the contents of the box and Baansuan Plants will provide the necessary shipping documents to allow the customer to claim for the item via the courier insurance.
Baansuan Plants is not responsible for items being stolen once the courier service has delivered the item. Issues related to stolen items should be handled with the Courier Service and the local Police Department.

It is the buyers responsibility to be aware of the temperatures the plant may encounter while being shipped to their location.
Plants will not be shipped to any area where the temperature will be below 39 F. Plants will not survive the transport to those areas.
Heat pack is optional and must be bought and added at check out. - Currently unavailable
No refunds will be given for temperature damaged plants.

Some plants that are left in the dark and heat during shipping may arrive with a yellowing leaf. This is not something to worry about. These plants will sacrifice a leaf to redirect its nutrients to the remainder of the plant and ensure its survival. The yellowing leaf should be pruned to aid the plant overcoming its stress. All plants are shipped in pots with strong roots. They will survive and continue to provide new leaves when given the appropriate care.
Prior to shipping all root systems are checked and ensured to be healthy. It is essential that proper watering techniques are followed when the plant is received. Over watering will cause root rot. Baan Suan Plants not responsible if the purchase plant develops root rot from over watering by the customer.

Purchasing Live items comes with some risk and as such the risk is assumed by the buyer.
All sales are final.
In the event of an issue with the plant arriving is not the variety ordered. Please contact contact@baansuanplants.com for further instructions within 24 hours of receipt of the plant.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
